我国网络银行发展面临的问题与战略对策_电子商务论文
[摘 要] 近年来，随着因特网的快速发展，一种全新的业务与服务方式——网上银行，正在向我们走来。我国网络银行在发展过程中出现一系列的问题。为了使我国网上银行的快速发展，我们必须建立并完善网络银行的法律法规，规范网络银行的经营行为，建立一流的监管技术装备和高素质人才库，及时完善和补充监管内容，这些措施为我国网络银行业的发展带来了重要意义。

网上银行又称作网络银行（Internet Banking）、电子银行(E-Banking)或在线银行，是以互联网为渠道，为客户提供多种金融服务的银行。网络银行的狭义(Internet- Only Bank)是指没有分支银行或自己的自动柜员机(ATM)，仅以网络作为交易媒介，提供至少一种电子服务的金融机构。广义网络银行则包括网络银行、电子分行(E- Branch)和远程银行(Remote -Bank) 。电子分行是指在同时拥有“实体”分支机构的银行中仅从事网络银行业务的分支机构。远程银行是指同时拥有ATM、电话、专有的家用计算机软件和网络银行的金融机构。
