ABSTRACT
Sweater industry is the pillar industry of the town Puyuan, it has made tremendous contributions to Puyuan¡¯s reform and development. In contacts with many Puyuan sweater companies , I found that the survival and development space of Puyuan sweater company is gradually reduced, and production costs is Gradually increasing .Companies need to find a new path of development operations.
This paper is based on my fully awareness of Zhejiang Chunlei Garments Co., Ltd., using the company as an example of the network marketing model for the main tasks, Summarize and eva luates the current model of the network marketing and Apparel industry with anglicizing and researching the current Internet marketing model and the characteristics, the current situation and the development prospects of the apparel industry. Finally, it will provide a solution and implementation of network marketing with the case study of Zhejiang Chunlei Garments Co., Ltd., and point out my own views for Puyuan knitted sweater company to gain an advantage in future competition.
