With the development of retail enterprises, distribution modes selection has become an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Meanwhile, join distribution mode has showed its unique advantage. However, for it is still in the early age of development in china, many problems still exist in actual application. The paper, based on the join distribution’s application into City Auto Parts in Zhejiang province, takes Jintong City Auto Parts as an example to analyze the existing logistic mode. With the purpose of expediting application of join distribution mode, it puts forward its own design proposal and gives some suggestions in terms of join distribution’s optimization of infrastructure construction logistics Information System and distribution routing. It has practical significance for join distribution’s better development in China's Auto Parts City. The study is a try for the enterprises of Auto Parts City to establish joint distribution, hoping to promote modern logistics and auto parts industry to further develop.
