¹Ø¼ü´Ê: ÎÚÒ©£»Ö¸ÎÆͼÆ×£»HPLC
Abstract£ºIn the dissertation, we established the fingerprints of Lindera aggregata stem and root by HPLC. In our research, we found that detection wavelength, mobile phase, solvent and extraction method were main facters in the fingerprints of Lindera aggregate. The conditiongs of HPLC were optimized. Lindera aggregata was refluxed in ethanol. The spectra appears more comprehensive in wavelength of 235 nm. It could reflect the fingerprints better while acetonitrile-water(56:44 v/v) was used. According to the conditions, we initially established the fingerprints of Lindera aggregata stem and root.
