整体护理干预对压疮患者的影响 摘 要 目的：探讨整体护理干预对压疮患者的影响。 方法：以安徽省定远县第一人民医院内科为研究现场，对2010年9月—2011年6月67例院外带人压疮危重患者实施护理干预，采用我院自行设计的压疮风险评估表，I、Ⅱ期褥疮采用透明贴膜、Ⅲ期褥疮采用水凝胶敷料结合锐器清创。分为干预组36例和对照组31例，进行全程整体护理干预，比较两组危重患者压疮的治疗效果及治愈时间。 结果：对两组治疗效果进行比较干预组治愈86.11%，对照组治愈54.84%。对两组治愈时间进行比较干预组6.00 ±2.86，比较组18.00 ±5.74，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。 结论：对已发生压疮的危重患者给予积极的护理干预可以获得良好的治疗。 关键词 全程整体护理干预；压疮； 论文类型：研究报告 The whole nursing intervention on patients with pressure sores effects  Abstract Objective: To evaluate nursing interventions throughout the whole impact of pressure ulcers in patients.Methods: First People's Hospital of Anhui Medical Dingyuan for the study site, in September 2010 -201 on June 67 cases of critically ill hospital patients with pressure ulcers who take away the implementation of nursing intervention, using self-designed hospital pressure ulcer risk assessment table, I, Ⅱ stage pressure ulcers using a transparent film, Ⅲ of bedsores using hydrogel dressings with sharp debridement. Divided into intervention group of 36 patients and a control group of 31 cases, a full course of the overall care intervention, compared two groups of critically ill patients and treatment of pressure sore healing time.Results:Vergleich von zwei Gruppen der Behandlung zur Heilung der Interventionsgruppe 86.11%, 54,84% in der Kontrollgruppe wurden geheilt. Healing Zeit für die beiden Gruppen in der Interventionsgruppe 6,00 ± 2,86 verglichen wurden, zu vergleichen Gruppe 18,00 ± 5.74 war der Unterschied statistisch signifikant (P <0,05). Conclusion: The occurrence of pressure sores has been given to critically ill patients with a positive nursing intervention can be a good treatment.
