Beyond Meat rose 3% as Berenberg said its?expanded test?with KFC signifies a “material step” toward a potential deal between the two companies.

“We view a potential KFC deal as an underappreciated catalyst for BYND in light of the ongoing BYND test with McDonald’s,” analyst?Donald McLee?said.

“A KFC deal is the more-likely 2020 catalyst, with McDonald’s as more of an intermediate-term catalyst in 2021, at best”
