新西兰出口到中国的牛肉，上半年翻倍。同期出口到美国的牛肉下降了16%。这个新闻本身不重要，但是凸显出现在全球一体化的本质特征。中国的确可以利用全球化首先不购买美国的猪肉，先买完全世界，炒高全球蛋白质价格。而全球市场终归是联通的，其他地方的蛋白质价格高了，美国如果继续是价格洼地，那么各种套利机制都会发生（比如欧洲大量销售猪肉给中国，同时从美国进口补足国内需求，中间商赚差价的模式），同时这并不会违反产地原则。中国对美的关税名存实亡。

观察这个模式的基础就是每周四的出口数量分布，第一是总量出口，第二才是对华出口。
