第8届亚洲法经济学年会将于2012年7月11日和12日（星期三、星期四）在山东大学举行。本次会议将致力于促进法经济学各个领域的研究，并不局限于亚洲问题。

会议主题：

任何能够促进对法律及相关公共政策分析的论文都符合本次会议主题，包括：侵权责任法、物权法、合同法、司法程序与诉讼、反垄断法、企业和金融法、国际法、规制、税制、宪法和行政法、刑法、公共政策研究等。

论文提交：

欢迎对以上主题感兴趣的作者投稿。提交内容可以是摘要或者全文，须采用英文，请以PDF或者Word格式投稿，将论文以附件形式发送到以下邮箱：

CALL FOR PAPERSThe 8th annual conference of AsianLaw and Economics Association(AsLEA2012)The 8th Annual Conference of Asian Law and EconomicsAssociation (AsLEA) will be held at Shandong University (Jinan, China) on11 and12 (Wednesday and Thursday) July 2012. The conference is intended to encourage researchin various areas of Law and Economics, without restriction to issues related toAsia. TOPICS:Any topic advancing economic understanding of law and relatedareas of public policy and regulation, including, tort law, property law, contractlaw, litigation, antitrust law, corporate and financial law, international law,regulation, taxation, constitutional and administrative law, criminal law etc.,is welcome.SUBMISSIONPROCEDURE:Those who are interested in presenting a paper (or papers)are invited to submit an abstract or a completed paper.
