Since China entry into WTO, domestic marker face increasing competition and companies get less and less profit, so many companies begin to step abroad and involve in cross boarder M&A. This article is on the basis of Chinese companies. Through motive analysis .We could find that domestic companies pay more attention to the technologies、markets、brands、resources and so on when conducting cross boarder M & A. The companies could improve international competitiveness through making the most of global resources. Moreover, the article analyzes the feasibility condition of cross boarder M & A. Though the trends of China cross boarder M & A is rising currently ,we are in the initial stage after all, so the domestic companies should consider all aspects and spell out the deal before start. And the article proposes the necessary conditions of successful implementation of cross-border M&A. Since september 2008, the news of bankrupt enterprises in Jiaxing were reported everywhere. It has seriously influenced the economic development of Jiaxing. The crisis has largely influenced the production and life of people, it's a global problem. How could Jiaxing's enterprises which were always flourishing previously do to cope with the problem and continuously perfect itself both inside and outside. These enterprises should continuously strengthen it's competition, to overcome difficulties, finally overcome it，and develop healthily. Many headquarters collect in central cities and industry and manufacture bodies collect in some other regions. This type of management becomes a chain of industry and market. A headquarter is in fact the supervising center for its activities in this region. Nowadays, many cities take up to develop headquarters economy. This paper describes the basic concepts of headquarters economic theory and characteristics of effect. On this basis, the author summarizes the environmental conditions of urban developing headquarter economy and analyzes its own characteristics and economic conditions of Hangzhou to develop headquarter economy by studying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Finally, by drawing on the experience of Shanghai, the author makes a number of recommendations for the further development of the headquarters economy of Hangzhou. China's industrial clusters appeared first in Guangdong and Zhejiang at the beginning of reform and opening time.Under the drive of the township enterprises, foreign investment and other non-public economy, there formed a large number of various types of industrial clusters in these areas, and quickly became the important force of the region's economic development. As a typical case of China's industrial clusters ,the 1980's “Qiaotou button market”experienced from gloom to doom.The article will do an empirical study about the development of cluster of“Qiaotou button market”,and analysis the process. By studying the market’s formation, development, decline, we will explore the formation of industrial clusters path and the mechanism of cluster evolution, thus to verify the theory of industrial clusters.The author hope to give the industry some guidelines in some degree, and provide some useful lessons in the development of industrial clusters in China . This structure of this article is divided into five chapters.In addition to the first introductory chapter and the fifth concluding chapter, the main section contains three chapters, namely the cluster literature review of chapter two, chapter three --cluster formation, the mechanism of development and decline analysis, chapter four--case study. Through the research, it can be founded that the formation of the Qiaotou button market has sevseal factors.Among them,economies of scale, externalities, entrepreneurship, the role of government and rooted cultural play significant roles. After the formation ,the characteristics and the forms of different stages are not the same. In addition, the main factors to facilitate to the next phase of stage are different. These results demonstrate the path of the formation of industrial clusters and industrial clusters evolution mechanism;support many scholars’ theory elaborated on this theory and prove the Qiaotou button market evolution and the evolution of industrial clusters mechanism coincident basically. Jinhua has typical industrial clusters, such as Yiwu small commodity market, Yongkang hardware industrial clusters. Export-oriented economy led to the rapid development of the local economy. This dissertation has an empirical analysis on Jinhua’s export-oriented economy by summarizing the data. Based on summing up the development of export-oriented economy ,We conclude upgrading export-oriented industrial is the key factor to enhance the economy of Jinhua. Through a variety of measures to achieve industrial upgrading, Jinhua’s export-oriented economy enhances its competition. First of all, from the industrial structure, the situation of import and export foreign trade, the dependence on foreign trade ,the foreign investment in Jinhua’s export-oriented economy on a fundamental analysis. Secondly, from the changes in industrial structure of foreign trade, a comparative analysis of competitive foreign trade of industrial ,and Jinhua’s advantage and disadvantage analysis of foreign trade industry to analysis the structure and the of competitiveness of Jinhua’s industry. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis derived from the development of export-oriented economy we know the shortage of the economy and bring out the countermeasures and suggestions so to make Jinhua’s export-oriented economy to a high level. Chinese auto industry has always been protected by Government's policy of high tariffs. Tariff policy adjustments had a direct bearing on destiny of Chinese auto industry. Entering the WTO, China assumed the obligations of tariff concessions. Therefore, auto tariffs declined rapidly in the past few years. It is obvious that it is a huge impact for Chinese auto industry. The development of Chinese auto industry has become the focus of attention. This thesis analyzes the tariffs which affect the welfare of the auto industry and makes use of the partial equilibrium model of tariff analysis and statistics to reveal the impacts of tariff concessions on the Chinese auto industry and puts forward proposal for the development of the Chinese auto industry. This thesis is composed of six parts. The first part mainly introduces the subject background and the significance of the article. The second part says the characteristics of Chinese auto industry, its impact on factor analysis, as well as the development process of Chinese auto industry and so on. The third part analyzes the definition, the function of the tariffs and tariff concessions，The forth part analyzes the tariff concessions impacts on Chinese auto industry. The fifth part mainly sums up all viewpoints, and puts forward my own proposal for the development of the Chinese auto industry. Finally, the last chapter summarizes the above contents. A lot of researchers have studied this problem from various perspectives, such as division of labor, policy support, industry cluster, comparative advantage, and so on. In this thesis, the author focuses his study on textile industry ----one of the leading industries in China as well as the leading power of economic growth in Zhejiang, analyze Zhejiang textile industry in the perspective of innovation，meanwhile, this title will take the Wensli Group Corporation as an typical example to analyze the textile industrial development in Zhejiang. The development of manufacturing in Zhejiang these years indicates it hasn’t been away from the pattern of expanding based on the quantity，though it is advancing to the direction of high technology， well as the disadvantages of depending too much on the labor intensive industry and the shortage of the ability of the science and technology innovation. Therefore, it is a problem must be concerned for the development of Zhejiang economy that how to innovate to promote actively the textile upgrade.
