我不知道具体操作,建议你在百度上搜索下,

specifies the length of the SAS buffers used as I/O areas when DL/I calls are executed. The length must be greater than or equal to the length of the longest segment or path of segments accessed. If LRECL= is not specified, the default buffer length is 1000 bytes.

If a retrieved segment or path of segments is longer than the value of LRECL=, DL/I overlays other data or instruction storage areas. Unpredictable results can occur if this happens.

And the x is the maximum record length for the data in bytes.For input, the actual LRECL value of the file is the default. For output, the default is 132.

　I have got you to some extend . Could you tell me how can input the DES document into Word process then calculate the x amount? For example, in wooldridge example8.4, the sas program likes that"data hpricel;infile 'C:\wooldridge\hprice1.raw' lrecl=1600;" How can we get 1600?Could you explain it in details?

lrecl 是定义每条记录最长占用宽度，如lrecl =100，即最长占用宽度100个字节，超出部分数据将无法使用。
