Responsibilities:

1. Define anddevelop risk models

2. Performstatistical analyses to identify portfolio cleaning and pruning opportunities

3. Determine theoptimum cost of risk acceptance plus execution of technical price given differentdistribution channel

4. Setting rulesfor underwriting and claims adapting quickly to underwriting cycles

5. Identify andconfirm market trends and business/niche opportunities

6. Provides inputfor business planning, rate monitoring and support reinsurance strategy anddecision making

7. Sign offdocuments according to provisions of local regulator

Requirements:

1. Degree inmathematics, statistics or actuarialstudies

2. Minimum 2 yearsactuarial professional qualification (qualification obtained abroad need topass Chinaregulator’s exam)

3. Minimum 3 yearsactuarial/finance/investment experience in insurance company

4. Very strongquantitative, analytical skills combined with innovative thinking

5. Strongpresentation and communication skills, ability to translate complicated datainto clear and easy messages for the management

6. Good command ofEnglish
