1.HR Senior Administrator (高级招聘专员)
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, development, implementation and administration of Staffing & onboarding. Typical duties:
Develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
Performing staffing activities, includes university recruiting and affirmative action programs.
Involve in ongoing processes development of onboarding & orientation projects to optimize onboarding & orientation services to both hiring managers and new hires.
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Educational & Competency Requirements:
Bachelor degree in management related area.
Good command of both oral & written English.
Minimum of 3-years Staffing related experience or 5-years HR generlist experience

2.Employee Relationship Manager (员工关系经理)
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing employees relations for the Wuxi site departments, including but not limited to employee retention initiatives & communication programmes, interpretation of local labor laws & global policies, supervisory training on employee matters, & audit of employee relation policy implementation.
Work with the relevant local Labor Bureau and other government authority to ensure legal compliance.
Support the implementation of Global HR products and services or any regional ER projects.
Establish/maintain employee survey and feedback system, conduct employee surveys and exit interviews to identify problems and solutions.
Deal with employees’ complaints; advise management on employee disciplinary actions, performance problems, and other issues to resolve disputes. Manage terminations and dismissals efficiently and provide advice to the management as to the cost effective path to pursue.
Provide Tier 2 support by handling employees’ grievance. Support employees’ separation following HR policies, systems and delivery model.
Ensure new labor law compliance and provide fair and friendly work environment that complies with new labor laws.
Educational & Competency Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field (majored in HR, management, or similar fields preferred) and at least 5 years of overall HR experience including no less than 2 years of directly related ER experience.
Must be well versed with local labor laws.
At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick learner, open minded, self-motivated to solve problems. Strong sense of responsibility and flexibility under work pressure.
Good written/spoken English.
Having Worker Union operation experience will be a plus.
3.Compensation & Benefit Project Manager (薪资福利经理)
Main Roles & Responsibilities
Includes jobs responsible for the planning, development, implementation and administration of human resource programs and systems
Responsible for the development, implementation, administration and maintenance of the company's benefits programs including retirement plans, disability, flexible spending, service awards, group health/medical/dental coverage, time off and life insurance. Responsible for the administration and communication of the company's benefits program in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements.
Manages the development and implementation process of services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing projects. Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints. This position has overall project management responsibility. In this role, direct people management responsibility is not required. This position is characterized by its management of specific projects that have a distinct beginning and end. Employees called 'project managers' for lack of a more descriptive job title should not be classified in this position, this is a internally focused project manager.
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (i.e., dept/peer review). Level at which career may plateau.
Educational & Competency Requirements
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience. At this level, post-graduate coursework may be desirable.
