Roman">told I needed to keeping passing the exams and come back when I passed the <p></p></font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">next one.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Well, I did that for 2 years until I realized several things - <p></p></font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">1.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>During the mid 70s, there was a GREAT effort to getting minorities and <p></p></font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">women into the actuarial field - and I was young, white and male (3 strikes <p></p></font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span lang="EN-US"><font face="Times New Roman">against me right there). <p></p></font></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span
