从现实的角度来讲 所有的制度都存在不公平的地方 但这又跟定义有什么关系？我懂不懂跟定义又有什么关系？你懂不懂跟定义又有什么关系？

当前使用的定义有多种写法，但是，基本意思都和下面这个差不多。
市场经济的定义： A market economy is an economic system in which economic decisions and the pricing of goods and services are guided solely by the aggregate interactions of a country's individual citizens and businesses. There is little government intervention or central planning. This is the opposite of a centrally planned economy, in which government decisions drive most aspects of a country's economic activity.

译文（请各位指正）：

市场经济是一个经济制度。在这个制度下，基本不存在ZF干预和中央计划。每个个人和法人的经济决策，商品和服务的价格的制定，是在这个国家的每个公民和每个商业机构之间的互动的总和的指导下形成的。与市场经济相对应的是中央计划经济，在计划经济下，ZF决定这个国家的绝大多数经济活动。

市场经济也不等于完全的自由市场啊

这段中译可以说是不及格。
opposite一词在这里应该翻成“对立的、相反的”。

公正原则包括了自由，但绝不仅仅只有自由，还有另外两项。WTO规则里面三项全部体现。

哟，这么严厉啊。 谢谢批评指正。
当时，我想过的。我想还是用“相对应”比较好。因为，在现实世界中，市场经济制度下也有中央计划，例如：美国也有美联储根据宏观经济情况，改变利率来调控宏观经济。所以，用了一个比较缓和的词“相应的”。

是否公正可以有一个很简单的判断方法，那就是换位。
例如，让狼成为食草动物，让羊成为食肉动物。如果狼被羊吃的时候，也像它当初吃羊时那样的享受；并且羊吃狼时候，也像它当初被狼吃那样的痛苦和绝望，那么狼吃羊就可以说是公正的。
