Macro Execution
When %prtlast is submitted, the macro processor
locates the catalog entry WORK.SASMACR.PRTLAST.MACRO
executes the compiled macro
places noncompiled items (the PROC PRINT step) on the input stack
pauses as the word scanner tokenizes the inserted text
resumes execution of the macro after the PROC PRINT step executes
ends macro execution.
