护理学论文范文  论文题目：产后出血32例病因分析及护理 摘　要 目的：探讨产生出血发生的原因及防护措施。 方法：对我院1509例产妇中32例产后出血的病例进行分析。 结果：产后出血率2%，子宫收缩乏力是产后出血的最主要原因。 结论：产后出血的主要因素是身体状况、精神因素、产程处理、产后观察、高位妊娠等。防护措施为严密观察产程编号，准确测量产后的出血量，尤其要注意产后两小时内产妇的生命体征编号、宫缩及引导流血情况 。 关 键 词：产后 出血 病因分析 论文类型：实习报告 Title: Etiological analysis of 32 cases of postpartum hemorrhage and its nursing ABSTRACT Objectives: Discuss produce bleeding causes and protective measures。 Methods: In our hospital in 1509 cases of postpartum hemorrhage in 32 cases were analyzed。 Results: The rate of postpartum hemorrhage 2%, uterine atony postpartum haemorrhage is the main reason。 Conclusion: Postpartum hemorrhage is a major factor in the physical status, mental factors, labor, postpartum observation, high pregnancy.
