护理学论文范文 论文题目：痫前期患者保健知识水平及其相关因素调查 摘　要 研究目的 对痫前期患者的保健知识水平进行调查，并研究其相关因素，为有针对性的对患者进行健康教育提供措施。 研究方法 采取问卷调查。发放给经确认为痫前期自愿入选的患者，在住院期间分别发放调查问卷，问卷由患者自行填写，并当场收回。 研究结果 孕妇对孕周保健及监护知识的知晓率与孕妇的年龄没有显著性，与产次、孕周、文化程度、家庭收入有显著性。孕妇的孕期保健知识水平普遍较低，仅早孕反应和自觉症状两个条目知晓率较高，分别为64.8%和70.2%。 结论 早期发现、合理治疗和有效预防妊娠期高血压疾病，可以明显降低孕妇及围产儿死亡，减少妊娠期高血压疾病引发的并发症，提高患者的生活质量。 关键词 高血压疾病 预防 护理 论文类型 研究报告 Title: The health pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome ABSTRACT Background: Hypertension is related to a global public health problem, major in China with the improvement of people's living standard, the change of social structure and diet, hypertension rates increase competitiveness is also increased year by year. In the process of pregnancy in women, we found most dangerous diseases knowledge and hypertension, inadequate understanding, but at the same time they also hope to get the support. Through the health guidelines, can make the patient reduce pregnancy complications, hypertension disease caused by improving the quality of life of the patients. Objectives: Discuss the health pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome Object：131 cases of pregnancy hypertension symptoms and treatment methods and treatment effect were retrospectively analyzed. Methods: Adopt questionnaire. To extend the selected patients to RenGaoZheng voluntary during hospitalization, respectively, questionnaire survey questionnaire issued by patients, and to fill back on the spot. Results: 131 patients recovered in 6 cases, 123 patients from disease, hypertension in 2 cases, due to HELLP syndrome reduced platelet serious credit for treatment. Conclusion: Early detection and treatment and effectively prevent gestation hypertension disease, can reduce the pregnant women and perinatal death, reduce pregnancy complications, hypertension disease caused by improving the quality of life of the patients.
