Ray diagnosis ,optical diagonsis, leak-porcelain diagonsis and acoustic diagonsis etc are the main methords of porcelain detection today. And acoustic diagonsis has the advantage of easy-operate, fast, economic and safe and it is the consort of flaw detction in this paper. This paper is a sutudy on detction of nicks inside of porcelain with acoustic signal in frequency domain. The contants as following (1)a experimetation design (set) on signal detection of porcelain basic at acoustic. This set is to selcet acoustic signal and To study the special parameters therefor be a good experiment desigen(2)pre-prccess dete of scelected signal. To expect from the signal with noise with statistic be presented in order to pick-up omformation.(3) pick-up porcelain special signal parameters. To analyse acoustic signal from time-domain, frequency-domain and pick-up time-dimain parameter and frequency-domain parameter both from perfect and nick porcelains, tell nicks from the parameters.(4) systerm software desigen. From module aspect to design for the system software.Designed moudles inculding seclected dates recorded, documents rade. Pre-process signal, pick-up characters, and nicks identify.
