Sino-U.S. trade friction is so extensive, far-reaching impact on the parties concerned such high levels in recent years are rare , This indicates that Sino-U.S. economic and trade relations have entered into a new sensitive period. This essay believes that the above issues were the main reasons for the Sino-U.S. trade deficit is due to structural and portability, in order to maintain their intellectual property then inhibits other countries technological progress and China's traditional trade growth mode and irrational factors.
