TheRole

As an entry levelassociate within Risk Consulting & Software (RCS) you will be responsiblefor providing assistance in the management of projects within the RCS team.

Clients

nDeliver tasks that meet or exceed client expectation

nIncrease efficiency within client teams by identifying ways toimprove processes

nMonitor progress to deadlines and budget

Excellence

nAssist with financial reporting(appraisal/embedded value, China GAAP, China Statutory)

nAssist with product development

nAssist with market entry, Merger and Acquisition and insurancecompany restructurings projects

nAssist with business planning andstrategy projects

nBuild strong relationships internally and with clientrepresentatives

nDemonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing withclients/colleagues at all levels

nSeek and participate in key learning and developmentopportunities/maintain steady progressthrough exams

Financial

nMeet billable hourstargets

TheRequirements

nBachelor’sdegree （or Master Degree）or above in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or numerate related fields

nUndertaking an approvedinternational actuarial qualification and be part way through the exams

nWritten and spokenfluency in English and Chinese

nStrong actuarial andtechnical analytical skills

nAble to workindependently as well as contribute effectively as a team player

nAttention to detail andcommitment to task

nWell organised, able tohandle a variety of assignments and meet tight deadlines

nStrongcomputer/programming skills (i.e. spreadsheets, databases, VBA)
