摘 要
在社会经济迅速发展的今天，现代物流的基础战略地位和支撑作用越来越明显。作为现代物流中颇具特色的配送活动，正越来越多地活跃在社会经济的各个环节,配送中心也越来越多地在供应、生产、流通、消费等领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是作为一个新兴领域，人们对物流的认知还很模糊，缺乏对物流的系统化了解，对于一些物流方面的专业知识掌握不够透彻，因此，研究辽宁北方出版物配送中心运营管理体系对物流配送方面的发展具有一定的示范作用。
论文主要研究辽宁北方出版物配送中心运营管理体系，针对目前辽宁北方出版物配送有限公司发展的现状及存在的问题，制定出一系列解决问题的具体可实施的方案，并通过对国内知名物流配送企业相关材料的收集，整合该公司配送中心运营管理的方案，总结经验教训，借鉴一些物流配送方法。对该公司配送中心进行实地考察，结合现有的状况，制定出一系列符合该公司配送中心自身情况的研究方案，从而保证辽宁北方出版物配送有限公司运营管理体系打破常规，有所突破。
通过对辽宁北方出版物配送中心运营管理体系的研究，可以更好、更科学的加强配送中心的运营管理工作，总结经验，逐步推进物流配送中心运营管理科学化进程。通过对配送中心各个环节制定可行方案，形成集技术、管理、制度、机制于一体的先进配送中心。通过对配送各个环节的系统化研究，解决普遍遇到的仓储与库存管理、进出货管理、配送管理和信息管理、运作成本管理等方面的问题，形成科学先进的配送中心运营管理模式，并向其它企业推广。

Abstract
Today socio-economic develop rapidly. The basis strategic position and the supporting role of modern logistics become increasingly evident. The distribution activities as characteristic of modern logistics are increasingly activing in all aspects of socio-economic, more and more distribution centers in the supply, production, circulation, consumption and other fields are playing an increasingly important role. But as a new area, people are still very fuzzy understanding of the logistics, lacking of systematic understanding of the logistics,not thorough enough to master for a number of logistics expertise, and therefore the research on the operation and management system of Liaoning northern publications distribution center that has a certain role of logistics distribution development. The article mainly research the operations and management system of Liaoning northern publications distribution center, in accordance with the development situation and the existing problems of Liaoning northern publications distribution center, to develop a series problem-solving and specific program, and through collecting related materials of the well-known domestic enterprises of logistics distribution , integration of program of operations management in the company's distribution center, lessons learned,drawing on a number of logistics and distribution methods. Investigating the company's distribution center, combined with the existing situation, developing a series research programs in line with the company's distribution center, thus ensuring the operation and management system break the routine , make a breakthrough. Through the research on the operations and management system of Liaoning northern publications distribution center, you can better and more scientific strengthen the distribution management work, lessons learned, push on scientific process of operation and management of the logistics distribution center step by step. through developing possible options for each link to form a set of technical, management, systems, mechanisms advanced in one distribution center. Through the systematic study of all aspects of distribution to solve common faced problems such as warehousing and inventory management , into the ship management, distribution management, information management, operating cost management and so on , To become advanced scientific mode of operation management of distribution center and promote to other enterprises.
