摘 要

自上世纪80年代以来,企业文化就成为企业界、产业界和理论界都普遍关注的问题。企业要想主动适应环境变化，就必须时刻保持企业文化的开放与创新。没有与时俱进的企业文化创新，企业持续经营的文化力量源泉就可能逐渐枯竭，直至被市场无情地淘汰。中国企业进行管理创新、技术创新、制度创新，必须以文化创新为基础。阐述了文化创新的价值以及文化创新的基本思路，旨在促进企业文化创新，并进一步推动企业的发展。

本文以企业文化创新和文化建设现状的发展趋势为研究对象进行阐述，结合当前企业管理中的实际情况，首先对企业文化建设现状的各个系统分析方法、创新之处和论文的框架结构做了简单介绍、在论文的主体部分、创新性地对企业文化建设现状形成过程中的每个环节所起的作用进行分析,以此为基础,系统性地提出在以培育与提升企业文化创新为目标的条件下,企业文化建设与创新的方法途径。最后的结论与展望部分简要总结了论文的主要内容,并对理论的发展前景作了相应的展望。同时以华侨城有限公司的各个方面的文化创新进行对策研究。

Abstract

Since the 1980's, the enterprise culture becomes business, industry and scholars generally concern. Enterprises to actively adapt to the environment changes, we must keep the enterprise culture of openness and innovation. Did not keep pace with The Times of enterprise culture innovation, the enterprise sustainable business cultural power source may gradually exhausted until by market relentlessly eliminated. China enterprise management innovation, technological innovation, system innovation, must be based on cultural innovation. Expounds the cultural innovation of value and cultural innovation of the basic thought, aims to promote the enterprise culture innovation, and further promote the development of the enterprise.
