根据网友jacobi1968的分析，可以对密西西比大学提供的side_files(http://www.mcsr.olemiss.edu/mathematica/fall_sem/fallsem_08/samsas/samsaspc/sid_files/SAS92_356345_70007688_Win_Wrkstn.txt)进行修改，并且最后保存为SAS92_343247_70009309_Win_Wrkstn.txt文件。经过测试，可以安装BASE模块，并显示可以使用至2009年6月30日。在此特别感谢jacobi1968网友！！！修改好的sid_files请参见附件。

SAS®9 delivers traditional SAS technologies and products while providing a new internal architecture for future SAS products and business solutions to deliver upon. While future releases will leverage this foundation in exciting new ways, there are immediate benefits the can be realized: a high-performance architecture that enables multi-threaded processing for SAS procedures, multi-threaded access to third-party RDBMS platforms, and parallel access to SAS stored procedures. Additionally, more than 60 new analytic and data manipulation functions are in the current release of SAS, bringing the SAS function library to nearly 500.

SAS®9 includes a sizable Java tier and contains new Java-based clients, Java-based middle-tier modules that run on Java application servers, and Java foundation components that facilitate re-use, openness and interoperability for SAS developers and third-party developers. SAS®9 also delivers a brand new functionality layer called the Open Metadata Architecture that is designed to provide a layer over the SAS platform to enable openness, interoperability and enterprise wide access to SAS.

SAS® 9.2
The current release, SAS 9.2, refines and extends the SAS®9 offering. SAS 9.2 establishes a solid foundation for SAS software and solutions, and SAS encourages all customers to install this release.
