Job Responsibilities
- Be the first technical person and act as a lead developer in a
business analytics project, help build and grow one data analytics
team
- Work with IBM global CIO project team to analyzes the
internal/external customer data to predict potential sales
opportunities
- Work with several data source teams to understand and prepare
data
- Design and optimize analytics models with SPSS
- Be a part of a highly promising & motivated team in delivering
best breed models resulting in meaningful insights for IBM sales
executives
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
Qualifications and Skills requirement:
- Master degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, Data Mining or related disciplines
- Rich project experiences based on SPSS modules like Modeler,
Statistics, Collaboration and Deployment services and Decision
Manager
- Strong skills in database design and stored procedure
development
- Familiar with Data Warehouse concept
- Familiar with DB2 development tools and products
- Familiar with Unix/Linux and Shell Script programming
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication & documentation skills in English
