The key point is the Process Design about wire and press section of Corrugating Medium Paper Section. The design uses the waste paper pulp as the main raw material, with the plasma for the OCC at the end of plasma, giving contribute to produce the High-strength medium. The paper-making equipment meet the demand of the Nissan overlapping network of multi-cylinder paper machine 4000/500, which has the maximum productive capability of 330 tons per day. The process of design includes the process of the balance between pulp and water , the selection and calculation of equipment, Workshop equipment layout and the chart of designing process. The waster paper is the main raw material of the kraft liner board. As the important renewable resource, its recycling is the good way to deal with these problems: the lack of industrial raw material, energy shortage and seriously polluted and so on. The workshop with waster paper pulping is important comprehensive production department which produce waste paper pulp and liner board, the workshop with making prime pulp is the main workshop with producing kraft liner board .This paper is to explain the comprehensive factory of making pulp and paper that produces 150,000 tons kraft paper liner board a year, the point is the workshop where 160 tons waste paper prime pulp is made a day, the main contents of design include: (1) Feasibility analysis of building a mill;(2)Product mix and production process of all mill;(3)Product features of the workshop and the choice of technological flow and process condition;(4)Mass balance and equipment selection of the main equipments;(5)Consumption indicator of water, gas and electricity and size of personnel force;(6)Arrangement explanation of processing equipment in the mill; (7)General survey of design KEY WORDS: kraft liner board, prime paper pulp, producing technology

Experiments were carried out with enzyme treatment according to the orthogonal methods. Then, the physical properties (mainly whiteness and residual ink volume) of finished paper were examined. The results showed that the samples treated by enzyme obtained higher brightness and less residual ink as the industrial dosage respectively. The optimum condition for deinking of OMG mixed with UV ink coating of paper (the ratio of 2:1) was: enzyme treatment time is 30 minutes, pH = 9, temperature was 60 ℃, and the dosage of enzyme was 0.3% based on the absolutely weight of fiber. For the single coated paper by UV ink, when the dosage of enzyme was 0.3%, pH value 9, treating time 30 minutes and temperature 50℃, the idealist result was obtained. Treating time and the dosage of enzyme were the main factors which influence the results, and reacting temperature and pH value were secondary factors.
