o. some americans think the usa should take transportation spending as a stimulus. in my impression ths amecia's infrastructure or transportation constructions are more perfect than ours and other countries.
their buildings can be used for many years . on the countrary our country is always  constructing. in fact some roads  are less in use.
i agree transportation spending can change and increase employment . but maybe there are other better method.

Do we need a super transportation system?
It seems that china wants to build a super transportation system and many large projects also seem to be ambitious. but what on earth do we public need? and what does this super transport bring to us?although there is indeed much convenient,there seems to be lots of negative impacts along with it,such as high transfportation fees,inferior quality,corruption and conflicts in grassroots. so what on earth do we need or what on earth do these politicians want?

腐败是corruption，冲突conflicts

基层肯定不是primary level，具体怎么讲比较合理我没有十足把握。

但是知道”基层民主“一般用grassroots democracy，所以grassroots这个词显然比primary level要靠谱。

Although the increase of transportation investment in America is not as fast as China and Brazil,the infrastructure in America is still better than BRICK and other countries. The U.S. spending 1.7% of its gross domestic product on transportation infrastructure is based on its 14660.2billion of gross domestic product,which is  as 2.5 times of Chinese GDP in 2010.
