I agree with the people saying that the problem of this topic is that because of asymmetric information (IS). Additionally, due to the IS, TWO main problems will be discovered: 1) adverse selection (AS); 2) moral hazard (MH). Thus, there are needs to individuals, milk manufacturers, and even government to consider that how to reduce or eliminate these existing problems. Obviously, it is very easy to economists to understand and handle this phenomena in theoretical side. The solution can be divided into four steps mainly: 1) searching; 2) verification; 3) monitoring; 4) enforcement.
However, another question derived from these steps, that is who has capable to do these. A good example of financial market system can be introduced, the intermediaries. Thus, my sight is that sector like the financial intermediaries can be established, it could not only reduce the problems mentioned above and also unemployment in China, even though the World Bank shows that the unemployment rate of China is under 5% from 2010 to 2013. If, however, to compare with unemployment of the UK and the U.S., it is 3% less than both of them. therefore, the data of unemployment in China could be doubtful (I have been living in China for years and now am living in the UK).
To summarise, it is inspiring to not merely Chinese citizens but also the government if implication of intermediation exists, or if it has existed already please use the function you are holding.

其实奶价和油价是一个道理，ZF干预大于市场调节。而且，目前中国食品安全真的到了岌岌可危地步，孩子的奶粉国外限购还要继续托管朋友买！孩子快3岁了都不放心给他和国产鲜奶。

首先要明白几个问题：1、是真的出现牛奶供过于求了吗？2、牛奶质量是不是达标了呢？3、是个别还是大量出现？针对这些问题，本人认为在中国出现这种现象有时并不应该大惊小怪，这是正常的信息不对称造成的个别现象，想想如果奶农不这样干，会有人关注吗？哈哈，不过，这也说明了散养，尤其是没有质量保证，没有产业链保证的牛奶产业是不稳定的，仅此而已，

主要是国外的奶制品的冲击。又面临国内这种扭曲的体制。

原因：
1.中间生产者过去对奶原料的“作死”，导致国人对消费者对奶企的耐心和信心直线下降，国内奶产品的消费也急剧减少；
2.信誉危机发生，使得众多小企业无法生存，这就引起了大型奶企的市场垄断。垄断市场重要的特点是市场价格非由供需共同决定，而是大部分由供需方决定。但同时，大型企业也面临着外来奶产品的竞争，生存也存在一定的困难，价格无法下降；
3.国人心理作祟——洋的、贵的即好的；
4.国外奶产品，特别是新西兰、德国优质奶粉的涌入，对我国的奶业造成不可估量的冲击；

那么为什么没能影响价格啊！

只有倒奶，才能减少供给，使得供给量与需求量趋于平衡，从而能使价格止跌，乃至有所提高。

年轻时学过的政治经济学，说资本主义才发生这样的事情，哎，经济发展有自己的规律，不一定就完全服从于政治制度

当奶农以极低价格出售生奶时，依然要支付如运输、保鲜等物流及销售成本，得不偿失，只能无奈地倒掉了。
