       如果要用到多元GARCH模型（如DCC-GARCH、CCC-GARCH、BEKK等）的时候，ucsd_garch工具包是很有用的。论坛上的很多人不能在matlab 2007或者matlab2008下正常安装使用ucsd_garch工具包，这是因为ucsd工具包的安装相对复杂，需要对工具包中的文件做一些处理。我把正确安装ucsd_garch工具包的步骤写在下面，并且收费20（本人探索正确的安装方法还是费了些功夫的）。

      下面的内容包括：安装ucsd_garch工具包必备的两个压缩文件jplv7.zip和ucsd_garch.zip。以及我写的安装步骤。按此步骤安装，保证能在matlab2007a及其以上的版本正确运行工具包中的demo。

ucsd_garch包的确能在matlab2008下正常使用，demo运行也没问题。谢谢！Kevin Sheppard写的Instruction我也看了，其实感觉他并没有说清楚。你写的步骤就清楚多了。

好像是有这个问题啊 ～不过十个币有点贵啊

我完全按顶楼的安装步骤进行了安装，且是下载的楼主的文件，在运行时为什么还是出现以下错误啊？（与用网站上下载的文件的错误还是一样），请哪位大哥帮帮忙！

Beginning the UCSD_GARCH demo program.  This program is designed to
help you get a basic feel for the programs included, but does not show all
functionality.  Please press a key to continue.

We will begin by simulatig a simple univariate GARCH process with normal innovations.
The command to do this is:

[x,h]=garchsimulate([.01; .2; .75],1,1,1000)

where x is the output data series, h is the output conditional variances, the vector [.01; .04; .94]
represents the constant, arch and garch parameters, the two 1s represent the arch and garch orders.
and 500 is the amount of output desired.

jplv7.zip在Matlab7下使用，但能否在MATLAB8下使用，我未试过。MATLAB不同版本是不兼容的。俺曾写了个概率试验手册，在Matlab6下一切Ok，但在MATLAB7下很多报错。作者的jplv7.zip就是对Matlab7下使用的，可参看作者的个人主页。

安装的说明：（见其Introduction）

To obtain, install and use these functions:

• Go to the download index item at the left
• Download the zip file
• unpack the zip file to a folder of your choice
• Start MATLAB and use the file/menu/set path item
• On the set path dialogue choose add folder with sub-folder
• Use the file navigation window to select the root folder where you unpacked the toolbox functions
• Use the Save and Close to exit the set path dialogue window

DO NOT try downloading individual files using the view menu item. This will not give you a working function because almost all of these functions call other functions in the toolbox, so you need the whole thing.
