简介：
白重恩
现任清华大学经管学院弗里曼讲席教授（Mansfield Freeman Chair Professor)、院长，清华大学中国财政税收研究所所长。1983年获中国科技大学数学学士，并获郭沫若奖学金。分别于1988年获美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校数学博士，1993年获美国哈佛大学经济学博士。先后任教于美国波士顿学院、香港大学经济金融学院。2006年受聘为教育部长江学者特聘教授，同年获国家杰出青年基金资助。2007年入选新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选。2011年获国务院政府特殊津贴。2013年获得第九届北京市高等学校教学名师奖。2016年获得国家“万人计划”教学名师奖。2019年获清华大学新百年教学成就奖。
目前担任国际经济学会（International Economic Association）执行委员会成员，亚洲开发银行研究院顾问委员会委员，中国财政学会常务理事暨理事会学术委员会委员，巴塞罗那经济研究生院科学委员会成员，《经济研究》等顶尖国内期刊编委、学术委员或学术顾问。并曾担任国际期刊《比较经济学杂志》（2004年至2006年）编委、国际期刊《世界银行经济评论》（2006年至2008年及2011年至2013年）编委。
目前还担任全国政协委员、民建中央常委、“十四五”国家发展规划专家委员会专家委员、中国经济50人论坛成员和学术委员会成员、中国金融40人论坛成员和学术委员会成员、中国信息百人会成员和执行委员。2015年至2018年曾任中国人民银行货币政策委员会成员。2011.8-2012.12 挂职担任北京市国有资产经营有限责任公司副总裁。2006年至2007年担任布鲁金斯学会非常驻高级研究员。
