And happen to well solve these problems as the genetic algorithm，its reason lies in the genetic algorithm is a kind of Powerful one，use the extensive random search to optimize technology，the problem difficult to solve to a lot of traditional methods is very effective. The Production planning directly efficiency and cost of enterprise. A scientific production planning is essential to enterprises. This paper discussed the importance of production planning and the existent problems in this domain are analyzed: The basic theories about production planning are studied: The basic theories of genetic algorithms，including its basic concepts，operation，and flow chart etc，are studied. An improved genetic algorithm was proposed in production planning problem，and experiments on production planning show that this improved algorithm has good performance. On the basis of widely investigation of the operation situation of TV，this paper analyses the status and problems existed in TV’s tyre production Planning，Finally， designs and implements the production planning.
