This design elaborated the development of fuzzy control, the present situation and the basic principle, it have mainly studied fuzzy control technology based on the fuzzy rule, which is applying.in the PI control. In addition, the design also validate the control algorithm. First,the design analyses the conventional PID control algorithm,fuzzy controll technology and the principle of fuzzy controll.Then the PLC procedure of optimized PI controller parameter on line by the fuzzy algorithm for the control system of the highness of the wanter tank is compiled. Finally this design introduce the concrete process and the correlation question of programme adjusting, monitor the regulating curve of controlled process in MCGS,and analysis the result.The result shows that,the optimized PI control based on fuzzy algorithm be able to overcome the flaws of the installation not benignity and the performance not fine,which the classics PID controller can not do,when the controlled object is non-linearity,the time-variable uncertainty and establish precise mathematical model is difficult.
