摘要
企业员工培训是人力资源管理工作中最重要的内容之一。有效的员工培训不但能提高员工的技能水平,还可以传播公司文化和经营理念,有助于员工之间的协调合作与沟通,方便实施制度和战略。在世界经济全球化的今天,尤其是加入世贸组织后,企业员工的培训已变为企业竞争实力的主要法宝,是企业持续发展的动力源泉,对企业未来的发展具有战略性影响。本文从企业员工培训的基本理论出发,强调了加强企业培训的重要性,提出了观念转变、受训学员选择、增加培训投资、办学方式灵活、课程设置科学是做好企业培训工作应该关注的因素。

Abstract
Enterprise staff training of human resources management is one of the most important contents in the work. Effective employee training can not only improve staff skill levels, can also spread the company culture and business philosophy, contribute to the coordination among employees of cooperation and communication, convenient implementation system and strategy. With the globalization of the world economy, especially after joining the WTO, the enterprise staff training has become the competitive strength of enterprises the main a magic weapon, is the source of sustainable development for the future development of the enterprise, having strategic influence. This article from the enterprise employee training theory, and emphasizes the importance of enterprise training, put forward the idea change, trainees, increase investment, selection of training mode of school running, flexible curriculum science is to do a good job of enterprise training work should pay attention to the factors.
