学校对教师激励制度的创新研究2_教育管理毕业论文

【摘　要】
;改革创新、与时俱进是时代的主题，教育作为推动国民经济发展的重要支柱，更应把握时代变化，不断创新发展。目前，我国的教育需要解决的问题很多，其中学校对教师激励制度的改革创新就是一个值得深入研究的课题。本文首先对激励以及学校激励制度的内涵进行了分析，找准了激励制度的本质和规律；其次，深入剖析了当前激励制度存在的问题，总结归纳了四个主要问题，随后，提出了解决当前问题和进行创新发展的三个着力点。最后，对激励制度的发展前景进行了展望。本文对研究中小学激励制度的发展和创新有一定的借鉴价值。

【Abstract】
;Reform and innovation, advancing with the times is the theme of the times, and promote education as an important pillar of national economic development, we should grasp the changes of our time, the innovation and development. At present,china education need to address many issues, including school teachers encourage reform in the system of innovation is one worthy of in-depth research topic. In this paper, as well as incentives to encourage the school system were analyzed content, and identify the nature of the incentive system and laws; Second, in-depth analysis of the current incentive system for the existing problems, summarized the four main issues, Subsequently, the proposed solution to the current problems and focus on innovation and development of the three points. Finally, the incentive system development prospect. This paper studies in primary and secondary schools encourage the development and innovation of the system can be used as reference values.

;一、激励制度概论
;（一）什么是激励
;所谓激励，就是组织通过设计适当的外部奖酬形式和工作环境，以一定的行为规范和惩罚性措施，借助信息沟通，来激发、引导、保持和归化组织成员的行为，以有效的实现组织及其成员个人目标的系统活动。这一定义包含以下几方面的内容：
;1.激励的出发点是满足组织成员的各种需要，即通过系统的设计适当的外部奖酬形式和工作环境，来满足企业员工的外在性需要和内在性需要。
