摘要

次贷危机的爆发为我国商业银行金融产品创新的风险控制敲响了警钟。金融创新既为提高商业银行竞争力做出了突出贡献,但也提高了商业银行风险防范的难度。产品创新是商业银行增强核心竞争力的重要手段，日益受到银行业和学术界的广泛关注。然而，我国商业银行在面对激烈的竞争时，除了体制和社会环境的影响外，产品创新同质化、创新速度慢、整合度不高等问题已日发显现。
本文在概括金融创新内涵和商业银行金融产品创新风险特征基础上,分析了我国商业银行金融产品创新风险链条的特征,提出了我国商业银行金融产品创新需要在微观上建立企业战略意识、管理机制、制度创新与产品设计四维度的风险管理体系。

Abstract
The outbreak of the sub prime mortgage crisis sounded the alarm for the risk control of Chinese commercial banks ‘financial product innovation. Financial innovation has made outstanding contributions to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks, but it also increased the difficulty of commercial banks’ risk prevention. Product innovation is an important means to enhance core competitiveness for commercial banks，which gets ever － increasing attentions of commercial banks and academics. However，in the face of intense competition，china＇s commercial banks are not only restricted by institutional and social environments，but also take on some problems obviously as followed: Homogenization of product innovation，slow innovation，little integration.
Based on the summary of financial innovation and risk characteristics of financial product innovation, the financial product innovation chain analyzed, and some suggestions to enhance the risk prevention capacity put forward, including the establishment of corporate strategy, management, mechanism, system innovation and product design, the four - dimensional system of risk management is necessary to Chinese commercial banks.
