《中国金融学批判》作者评大陆金融学水平（连载1）-经管之家官网！

　　
　　
　　《中国金融学批判》是本人在2002年发表的一个帖子，在天涯论坛上可以看到2002年9月发表的 www.tianya.cn/publicforum/Content/develop/1/5870.shtml 。这个帖子取得了一定影响，还被《21世纪经济报道》所引用。当前已经是2010年，这个8年前的帖子还被转载和评论。
　　
　　当时这个帖子反应了大陆的现状，令人欣慰的是目前这个帖子已经不合适了。
　　
　　下面评论一下大陆的金融学水平。评价金融学水平的国际标准毫无疑问是看金融研究水平，金融研究水平意味着更聪明、更努力和更有知名度的师资。一个大学不靠师资还靠什么。前斯坦福商学院院长，诺贝而经济学奖得主斯本赛（Michael Spencer）就说过，一个商学院只需要两个事情就可以办好，招最好的教师和最好的学生。Chicago的教师花在教学上的时间还没有烂校多，不过它总是top。Fama在那里就是神一样的人物。
　　
　　一个学者，如果6，7年都没有像样的发表，只能证明在聪明程度和努力水平上有问题。另外，在媒体和政界出名的金融学家都是顶尖研究者，而不是上课高手。比如被OBAMA召为顾问的 前AFA会长Jeremy Stein (http://www.economics.harvard.edu/news/34 )
　　
　　如果不考虑不招本科和硕士的长江商学院，国内目前水平最高的金融学院是清华，最近两三年他们的全职教师中在世界前3的金融期刊上发表了好几篇文章，韩西有两篇JFE,杨之曙一篇JF, 朱英姿,王茵田各有一篇JFE。相比之下，光华只有一篇Jiang, Lee and Yue (Forthcoming, JFE)，还是会计系发的。我们暂时只考虑2007年以后的发表，徐信忠在几年前的那篇4人的JFE不在讨论范围。
　　
　　清华新进的陆瑶是密歇根大学毕业，导师KIM也不错。不过也有一些教师，待了很久都没有任何像样发表的，这种人老待着会影响其他人的积极性。
　　
　　之所以只考虑前3的杂志，因为国外像样的大学包括香港，新加坡的学校在评终身的时候只考虑前3，前4的杂志。而且这前3的杂志的水平相差不大。
　　
　　清华的进步当然与王江在清华的工作有紧密关系，他今年离开，去上海SAIF高等金融学院(www.saif.sjtu.edu.cn )当院长。同时带走了几乎所有的牛人特聘教授，所以，毫无疑问。SAIF或富得流油的长江将是中国的NO.1.虽然那里的很多教师都是兼职，不过阵容强大可以赶上世界50名的金融系。
