Required Exam
Candidates who earn this credential will have earned a passing score on the SAS Base Programming for SAS 9 exam. This exam is administered by SAS and Prometric.
- 70 multiple-choice and short-answer questions (must achieve score of 70% correct to pass)
- 2 hours to complete exam
Q:
How do I obtain an academic discount?
A: We offer a 50% discount off exam fees to employees, educators, teachers, students, faculty and staff associated with academic institutions, school districts, and other education-related agencies. To receive the discount, we request that a letter on university letterhead with the department head's or other administrator's signature be provided to us as proof of your affiliation. A copy of a student transcript with the current semester and/or a student id with expiration date and/or staff ID are also accepted.
Please FAX proof to 919-677-4444 (Attention: SAS Certification) or provide an electronic copy via e-mail to . Please include your e-mail address with your faxed request. Upon receipt and verification, a 50%-off voucher will be e-mailed to you. Vouchers are valid for approximately 6 weeks and cannot be extended, so being prepared to take the exam when a voucher is requested is advised. Only one discount voucher is available per request. Vouchers are non-transferrable and must be used by the individual who applies for the discount.
把 学生证（封面、含有基本信息的一面、含有学校公章或者注册盖章的一面） 照下来，用photoshop或者fireworks等图片处理软件适当调整下大小，清晰度，发送邮件到 certification@sas.com ，主题可以写成 Attention: SAS Certification .
