各位前辈帮帮忙 导师挑我毛病 我郁闷死了

本来我是想测试10个因素 在 L 不同的情况下 对R 的影响。结果我的文字解释很糟糕。导师让我把10个因素减少点。 于是我把它们分成3组 V1---V3 再统计 ‘3组 在 L 不同的情况下 对R 的影响’

我是按照理论的指导把这10个因素划分成3组的，factor analysis 没用

现在的问题是 怎样把已有的关于10个因素的数据 糅合成3组， eg F1 F2 F3 ------V1 他们的比重啊 等等的问题 希望你能帮帮我的忙

为了能表达更清楚，后面贴上我的一个新的分析计划 （用英文的， 不好意思，中文有点小麻烦，谢谢谢谢）

Aim:

I want to find out if the influenced factors have different influences on the ‘Ranking of Successors’ when the businesses are in different life stages.

To simplify my research, I group the ten factors into 3 groups, namely V1.V2 and V3

Defining Variables:

V1: Internal completion within family business

V2: the level of professionalism in management

V3: the preparation of succession

L: life stages of family businesses: Start-up / Expansion / Maturity

R: Ranking of internal successors

Two groups of Hypotheses:

H1: the importance level of V1 will be differ depending on the L

H2: the importance level of V2 will be differ depending on the L

H3: the importance level of V3 will be differ depending on the L

H4: the R will be differ depending on the L

H5: V1 is significantly positive related with the R

H6: V2 is significantly positive related with the R

H7: V3 is significantly positive related with the R

If these Hypotheses are proved, or other findings are found, then:

Conclusion: V1 V2 V3 have differ levels / types of effect on the ranking of internal successor depending on the L
