Identification of risks/rewards/opportunities is especially critical in today's times and the authors of this book provide several analytical tools which can help one identify these. What I like about the book is that the presentation and language is simple and yet the content, meaning and takeaways are deep. Organizations that want to be around in the next decade should definitely recommend this book to their managers. Absolutely worth my investment.
