不知道有没有国外的华人 做教育管理做得很好的？

我对教育管理一无所知，说实话看过国内的教育管理教科书也是不得要领。
楼主开贴科普一下教育管理学怎样？比如学科的缘起。研究的主要问题，国内研究主要学者和机构这些信息

我现在还没有发现 教育管理到底是什么玩意，国内的书看不出任何东西，但是国外的还是可以，例如在教学和教育中的一些管理问题的研究，还是很有趣。
