摘 要： 在电机生产行业中，冲片生产的自动化程度不高，本课题着重研究了整个电机硅钢片冲制过程（剪料，送料，冲裁，运输等）中的电气控制问题。该生产线采用“三联冲”冲制加工工艺，剪板机与冲床间由自动送料装置进行联接。冲床通过提料和送料装置分三道工序，用复冲模冲冲出定子冲片和转子冲片，生产线的电气自动控制系统由可编程控制器PLC提供。这种自动生产线可利用现有的冲床和模具等设备以及必要的电气控制系统等改装而成，生产率高，运行可靠，适用于冲制大批量的中小型异步电动机铁芯冲片。

Abstract: Produce trade in electrical machinery, degree of automatic production of Silicon-steel slice isn’t high; subject this study whole electrical machinery Silicon-steel slice the course of making emphatically (cutthematerial, givetomaterial, blanking, transportation, etc.) in it is the electric to control by question. Production line this adopt and " three unite cut " and cut processing technology of making, cut board machine hand over material device to linked automatically with puncher. Through withdraw material and give material device to divide into three processes, the electric automatic control system of the production line is offered by programmable controller PLC. Such automatic production line can utilize the equipment, such as existing punch and mould, etc. and essential electric control system, etc. to be repacked , the productivity is high, it is reliable to run, is suitable for cutting and making the medium and small-scale asynchronous motor in enormous quantities to cut slice unshakable in one's determination.
