Foreign direct investment has not only accelerated the capital accumulation of this province but also brought the advanced experience of management and production technology, and overflow through technology, also promoted optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure of our province. But the structural slope that the foreign businessman invested in has produced structural deviations in the industry three times, the preferential policy that the overseas-funded enterprise obtained has weakened the competition advantage of national enterprises to wait for and act on other negatively. So to how this text know direct foreign investments (FDI) impact on industrial structure of our province and make corresponding guide policy make the preliminary discussion. 【 Key words】foreign direct investment； Industrial structure ； Shandong
