According to the form of the dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base，it is made of three parts: part of car-base structure、part of driving-frame work and part of control system. The control system of the dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base is other main parts in the car-base and is the emphases in this paper. And this part introduces，in the practical works，hardware configuring and software design used in the control system of the car-base. The program unable logic controller(PLC)，which is the one of the three forms of control，is chosen as the core of control system through thinking many sides synthetically and comparing. The choosing of PLC is finished according to the parameter of input and output in car-base in working. The control system of car-base realize the control to ear-base efficiently and economically by the hard ware and the software support and offset each other. One type of the dragging-forms of mu1t1playerup-down and translation car-base，it’s control program uses modularization design way，by its working principle and practical moving law，for the way is made for debugging program and saving inside resource of system. The dragging-forms of multiplayer up-down and translation car-base has a wonderful fore ground，the development，suspect of future make car-base realize the true intelligenization and network by the internet. The operator can watch the predicament of car-base working and give the control command to car-base by various、flexible and friendly communication interface.
