模具专业论文范文 Abstract With the developing of the plastic industry, the plastic injection mould has already been become one of the main methods of manufacturing plastic products. According to the designing of Lu Bao ventilation shutter integration double cavity injection Mould .Firstly, this paper introduced the selection basis and significance of subject ,the development situation at home and abroad , the main topics to be taken by the content and methods, difficulty parts of design and solutions and development prospects of injection mould . And then introduce the whole design process. Analysis the plastic parts, select the injection machine and check some parameters .At last, overall design of injection machine , including geometric shape and size of molding and component design , molten plastic transportation of runner system , the overflow and air-entraining system design which affects the precision of plastic parts. temperature control system in cooling system、separate and remove the molding of plastic parts of ejection mechanism and mould base. With UG three dimension design to draw the appearance of plastic parts. Use the slanted guide pillar and sliding core to complete the pulling action of cavity-hole in this paper. Experiential learning is described in the end of the paper. Key words: Injection plastic; Cooling System; Mould base; Side core-pulling mechanism; Ejection mechanism 摘 要 随着塑料工业的发展,注塑模已经成为塑料制品的主要成型方法之一。 针对路宝车通风百叶窗总成双腔注塑模的设计,本文首先介绍了课题选择的依据和意义、课题的国内外研究现状、课题的主要内容及拟采取的方法、设计的难点与解决方法和注塑模的发展前景。接着介绍了注塑模的整个设计流程。分析塑件、选取注射机并进行部分参数的校核。然后是注塑模的整体设计,包括成型塑件几何形状和尺寸及其零部件设计、输送熔融塑料的浇注系统设计、排出影响塑件精度气体的排溢与引气系统设计、冷却系统中的温度调节系统设计、分离并取出成型塑件的脱模机构设计以及模架设计。并用UG三维实体设计画出本塑件的外型结构。本文利用斜导柱和活动型芯完成塑件上侧向凹孔的抽芯动作。本文最后阐述了此次设计的心得体会。 关键词:注塑模;冷却系统;模架;侧向抽芯机构;脱模机构 论文目录,请与本站客服联系查看。

模具专业论文范文 Abstract The mould plays a more and more important role in modern industry. According to the actual need, the mould of the face guard of lubao car has been designed in the paper. In order to satisfy the demand of the productivity of the face guard in enterprises, it adopts one pair of types to design the mould and boosts productivity. At first, the paper makes a structure analysis of the mould, then carrys on the design of pouring system ,patterns mechanism, cooling system, pulling system, mould shelf and design to guide mechanism, etc. Because products have side direction hole, it need helix pillar to realize the action. It has the advantage of simple structure, convenient to make and install. Through consulting relevant materials and scheme, the paper has proved and finished the comprehensive design of a mould organization, thus reached specifications and requirements of the design. Key words: Design of plastic injecting mould ;Surface; Core 摘 要 本文主要介绍了塑料赛马汽车烟灰缸盖注射模的设计过程。通过对烟灰缸盖的分析,完成了模具的方案设计,包括分射机的选择、型面的位置确定、型腔数的确定、浇口的选择等。详细地设计了模具的成型件、塑件脱出机构、侧抽芯机构、浇注系统和冷却系统、型芯和抽芯的形式以及模架的选择等,并对主要零件,比如型腔尺寸,凸凹模尺寸等进行了强度校核。其中,侧抽芯以及滑块抽芯是本次设计的难点。由于烟灰缸盖的两个侧孔,普通型芯无法完成脱模,这就需要计算侧抽芯机构,侧抽的导柱及滑块的设计是其中的重点;烟灰缸盖的背面有挡板阻碍正常脱模,因此采用滑动型芯,既可解决脱模的阻碍,又可以将塑件顶出。通过受力分析及计算得到斜导柱及滑块等的尺寸,解决本次设计的难点。 关键词:塑料注射模;分型面;型芯 论文目录,请与本站客服联系查看。

Because of plastic product special figure, the mould use sub-type tamp-pillar pumping core institution ,which increases the complexity of the structure .The forming of the hole on beside parts use crippling mould and concave mould ,which cleverly solves the problem of side core pulling. This paper mainly introduces the method and the process of the injecting mold designing. First, It has introduced the position and function in the developing society of the plastic injecting mold’s making and designing, and analysied the structure of the plastic product ,and also modified some parts of the structure .Next, this paper introduce the concrete process of the plastic mold’s designing. according to the actual designing plastic, carried on the analysis and modifications of the plastic product’s structure craft, the next chapter introduced the concrete design process of the plastic injecting mold.The injecting machine was chosen according to the product’s weight,the face was chosen according to the structure of the plastics and model the type of cent of the craft、taking out the organization of core and the outing organizations、noting system、cooling system and resetting the system to carry on the detailed design towards modeling zero parts and sprinkling at the same time。In addition, return to design of plastics injected other zero parts of mold to carry on the simple design, the insight was elaborating in the end of the paper, and the later designing way of the injecting mold was put forward my views and viewpoints.
